Mr Searle said he thought it was an excellent time to sell the property, which is being offered for $512,000 by Sanders Property Agents in Jannali. "The first homebuyer's market is certainly buoyant and that's kind of where our house sits - when we bought this home, it was just Vanessa, Myself and our baby. Now we have 2 children and have just outgrown it," Mr Searle said.
"There's a lot of doom and gloom about the economy but if you have a reasonably secure job it hasn't been this good for a long time."
