HURRY.........TIME IS RUNNING OUT!
The current first home owners boost (grant) ends June 30, 2009. Up until June 30, 2009, the government is offering first home buyers a grant of $14,000 for existing homes or $21,000 for new homes. Time is running out for first home buyers to take advantage of the offer. With this boost and low interest rates, it has fueled a mini boom in the first home buyer price range, especially in areas of the Sutherland Shire in suburbs such as Jannali, Como, Bonnet Bay, Sutherland, Oyster Bay and Kirrawee. Home owners in these suburbs are reaping the benefit of multiple buyers outbidding eachother, driving up prices in the short term.
